LAUREN CHAPMAN

Miss Lauren knew from a very young age that all she wanted to do was perform.  Between ballet, drama, and guitar, Miss Lauren always found herself in front of an audience.  After graduating high school, she decided to take her passion to the next level by studying Musical Theater at Johnson State College.  There she choreographed many of her own works, danced with the Vermont Dance Collective, and performed all over the country as Anne Frank in an original production called Voices.  After attending JSC for two and a half years, Miss Lauren decided to transfer to the State University of New York at Potsdam, and there she graduated with her B.A. in Theater Arts and Dance in 2011.  Miss Lauren also had the amazing opportunity to intern at the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival in House Management in the summer of 2011.  Miss Lauren also loves to read, write stories, ride horses, and play with her dog Onyx and kitty Cleo.
